Our services include consultation meetings, one-to-one clinical psychology sessions, group-based interventions and supervision for practitioners. We are keen to accommodate the needs and wishes of our clients and can offer services either face-to-face or using secure online platforms.
Strive2Thrive has a specialist interest in supporting the mental health and wellbeing of adults working in high-performance environments including elite level athletes. We have provided mental health and wellbeing support to a range of sporting organisations including Everton Football Club Academy, Rugby Players Ireland and Athletics NI.
Our team is led by Dr Ross White (BPS Chartered Clinical Psychologist, HCPC accredited Practitioner Psychologist) who is an ACBS Peer Reviewed Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Trainer. Strive2Thrive is based in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
At times in life, people find themselves struggling to cope with challenges that they are facing in life.
